The shoulder exoskeleton designed to relieve working arms in the air

Plum' is a passive exoskeleton designed to support the shoulders during repeated tasks with arms raised and arms in front of you. It carries the weight of the arm, respecting the natural movement of the shoulder. Light, compact, and quiet, it can be worn all day.

Plum' relieves the shoulders without compromising effectiveness.

Plum' supports professionals in sectors where upper members are in high demand: production, painting, maintenance, assembly, etc.

For occupational health professionals, Plum' is a concrete solution to complete an approach to the prevention of MSDs related to a workplace where the arms are heavily used. Plum' relieves the shoulders, improves workplace comfort and actively contributes to the quality of life at work.

Why do professionals love it?

Entirely manufactured in the south of France, Plum' meets the requirements of professionals: ease of use, immediate felt effect, and is quickly forgotten. With various adjustment points, it is suitable for 92% of body types, it is compatible with PPE and work clothes and can be installed in a few tens of seconds.

With Plum', their arms have never been so light

Plum' carries the weight of the arm, when the arm is up

The technology of the Plum' exoskeleton is unique in its kind: it gradually carries the weight of your arm as you raise it, and accompanies your movements without any jerking.

When the arm is lowered, when it reaches the heart, the assistance is deactivated so as not to create a constraint in the shoulder.

Thus, it:

  • Relieves work with your arms in the air
  • Reduces shoulder muscle stress
  • Reproduces the natural movement of raising your arm
  • Allows total freedom of movement

History of how Plum' is made

Discover how the Plum' exoskeleton was developed in the heart of the Pyrenees.

100% French manufacturing

Plum' is entirely manufactured in the south of France, in the workshops of our partner HMT. Each exoskeleton is assembled by their engineers who are experts in precision machining and assembly, guarantors of unique industrial know-how.

Co-developed in the field with Enedis

Plum' is the result of work hand in hand between an ergonomics firm and with TST-HTA professionals from Enedis. These technicians test the product in real conditions and suggest improvements.
The result: a compact and lightweight exoskeleton, refined at each iteration to meet the requirements of working arm in the air.

Ergonomics as a design principle

Plum' was born in an ergonomics firm in the Pyrenees, with a clear ambition: to respect the biomechanics of the shoulder to provide relief in complete transparency. This R&D project made it possible to design a biomimetic joint, integrated into a device designed to support humans — and not constrain them.
